ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?

We have a strict over 18's policy.

We do not offer trial memberships, however if you try us using a guest pass and join that day, we will refund the cost of your guest pass.

We do offer guest passes, at a cost of £10 for a single day. We also offer guest pass bundles.

We have several trainers and coaches, all with different specialities to ensure every member can have their individual needs met.

We serve pre and post workout shakes, coffees, protein bars as well as cereal for those all-important post-workout carbs!
